When a convicted murderer, brought to justice by Charlie Chan (Sidney Toler) himself, breaks free of his shackles and escapes into the night, the resourceful Chan knows it's only a matter of time before he strikes again. He tracks the killer to a mysterious wax museum, whose proprietor specializes in giving new faces to those who want to escape their past. But if Chan isn't careful, he won't have a future!
