Each week the women are judged on their overall appearance, as well as their participation in fashion, social and business challenges. Cycle 16 challenges include walking inside a plastic bubble on a 12-inch wide runway over water, modeling jewelry while surrounded by bees and posing in a fur collection with a baby jaguar, The international leg, in Marrakech, Morocco, found a unique set of challenges including posing on the back of camels and balancing trays with lit candles on their head! The winner receives a contract with IMG Models, a fashion spread in Vogue Italia, cover and spread in Beauty in Vogue, a $100,000 deal with CoverGirl cosmetics and more.
