Nick (Raffa) is one of many teens wandering the wasteland of Southern Jersey. Over the course of a single evening, he sets himself on a collision course with Mike Santo (Mandell), hero to some, psychopath to most. At the center of the approaching showdown between Nick and Mike is Christina (Saxton), forming a deadly love triangle.
